Acceptable Use Policy

Last updated June 29, 2026

Sitepost sends real mail and processes real business data. Using it responsibly is part of the deal. This policy keeps the platform — and your campaigns — on the right side of the law.

1. Lawful outreach only

  • Only contact businesses you have a lawful basis to reach, and keep your outreach truthful and non-deceptive.
  • Comply with anti-spam and marketing laws that apply to you and your recipients — including CAN-SPAM, CASL, the TCPA, and postal/advertising regulations.
  • Provide accurate sender identity and a way to opt out, and honor opt-out and do-not-contact / do-not-mail requests promptly.
  • Where the GDPR/UK GDPR applies to a recipient, ensure you have a valid lawful basis and respect their rights.

2. Data & scraping

  • Use only publicly available business information, and respect the terms and rate limits of any data source.
  • Don’t use the service to collect sensitive personal data or to build profiles of individuals.
  • You are the controller of the data in your campaigns; handle it lawfully.

3. Content standards

  • Generated sites must be truthful and must not impersonate a business without authorization or make false claims.
  • No content that is illegal, infringing, defamatory, deceptive, or harmful.

4. Platform integrity

  • Don’t attempt to break security, evade rate limits, scrape the platform, or reverse-engineer it.
  • Don’t use the service to distribute malware, phishing, or fraud.
  • Don’t resell or expose the service in ways your plan doesn’t permit.

5. Enforcement

Violations may result in throttling, suspension, or termination, and where appropriate we may notify authorities. Report abuse to abuse@sitepost.io.
