Refunds & Cancellation

Straightforward billing, no lock-in. Here’s exactly how cancellation and refunds work.
Cancel anytime
- Subscriptions are billed monthly in advance and renew automatically until you cancel.
- You can cancel at any time from the billing portal — request your secure portal link by entering your email on the dashboard. Cancellation stops future renewals; your access continues until the end of the paid period.
Free trials
If your plan includes a free trial (the “claim your site” plan includes a 14-day trial), you won’t be charged if you cancel before the trial ends.
Refunds
Monthly fees are generally non-refundable for the current period once billed. That said, if something went wrong, email hello@sitepost.io within 14 days of a charge and we’ll make it right. Nothing here limits any non-waivable statutory refund or withdrawal rights you may have under your local consumer-protection law.
Postage already incurred
Costs already spent on printing and mailing physical postcards on your behalf cannot be refunded once the mail has been produced.
